Cheap direct replacement of SSauto crap manifold, please help
I have a ssauto garbage manifold which i have rewelded a total of 7 times already now.
I also recently purchased a cheap castiron manifold which i ported and cleaned up a little just to find out the turbo sits at a different angle and is higher up.... sooo i need to make a new downpipe and intercooler pipes for it and dont really feel like doing all that work.
I was wondering if anyone has any idea of another cheap cast manifold that positions the turbo similarly to the ssauto junk manifold?
Please do what you can to help me out.

I learn from both. After seeing all these posts about SSAutochrome, you think I still would wanna try out their **** manifold and experience it for myself to find out? I don't think so.
On a side note, try some of the guys that fab manifolds here such as Spoolin Performance, JG-Fab, etc.

Re: (B18 CYA)
You cant modify the downpipe you have now.....have you tried to look at it and see if it would work?...i bet if you take it to a muffler shop they could make it work.

Re: (mrbsponge)
how much does he charge for the ssauto replica manifold?
See im kinda unsure about this again being its a tubular steel mani and I just would rather have a reliable cast iron manifold...
Has anyone switched from SSauto mani to a cast?

Re:
It's all about budget racing, right? Talk to SSauto and see if they can sell you a batch of 50 manifolds for a discount.... So just keep replacing them until you hit with a good one, or until you run out of manifolds

Haha, yea i just drove my other car... and I dont have the patience to weld up another downpipe... and run a new IC pipe set up....
Anyone have any experience with this new manifold he has or how reputable this guy is... quality/warrenty wise if there are anyproblems.

Re:
Any comments on that Design VS. a traditional Ramhorn design?
Are the runners longer or shorter?
It looks like the Full-Race Pro-Race manifolds? Same design?
Yea any info is welcome
