ok so give you a quick run down 96 ek, p28 chrome gold, b20z-v jackson racing charger , sprayed down all gaskets and lines with carbkleen didnt notice change in rpm.. any ideas, i have unpluged the iacv and still runs just low and surges, tps and map when unpluged engine falls on its face. need to get this running before monday morning. one thing i do notice is if someone steps on the ecu conversion it will bog and die... then step on it again and works fine..

loose wire on jumper, double check all the wires

so the jumper dosent seem to be the problem but when i wiggle the harness side it just dies instead of smoothing out i dont think this is the problem. (just went out and moved every wire)

Backfire and now won't idle just surges. Sound alike a cracked sleeve or blown headgasket put air in cooling system

no it surges when i unplug the iacv it idles smooth just at 3k

Have you tried messing with the idle screw on the TB?

Well it hasn't backed out because it has the factory silcone type stuff?
