Default change spark plugs after tune...bad?

ive had my turbo b16 hatch for about 6 months. i use ngk bkr7e at .030 right now. im going to purchase some more plugs but not sure if i should use the 7e or 8e. i heard that every hundred hp over stock should be a stage colder. im at 351whp. so im thinking i should be using 8e's.

1. which plug should i be using?
2. could i change plugs or should i get a retune?
3. im stupid and this wont make much of a difference anyway?

ps. im trying to buy 100 dollars in plugs so i get free shipping. so before i make the purchase i want to make sure i have the right ones.

5's are stock, check the spark plugs you've been running on and see how far down the color change is on the threads. if it's around four go colder
