Default Center cartage section full of white stuff

Well I'm getting ready to install my turbo kit and noticed that the center section of the turbo has white stuff in where the oil lines should go. it almost looks like it is clogged. I tried to blow throw it but I couldn't feel anything on the other side. What should I do?

I don't have a pic sorry but I'm pretty dam sure that it is the oil intake and export on the turbo. The reason why I know that it is, is b/c my oil line **** fits on there like prefect. I kinda looks like a mold or something. I'm going to put some simple green inside it and leave it over night and see if it does anything.

I wouldn't put simple green in there...why not run some oil through it?

most likely teflon tape use the pointed end of a nail and scrape along the threads to clean it out
