cat-back exhaust width for turbo civic
What is the best size? From suggestions, I had intended on going 3" but a lot of the shops say it will kill some of the power that wide. Would 2.5" be better?

you would make more power with the 3" ... depending on how much boost you are running, and what your HP goal is determines what would be best for piping diameter... answer those Q's for us, then we can help you more

I will most likely only run about 7 for a while. As far as HP I couldn't tell you as of now... The exhaust goes on tomorrow and the turbo goes on in about three weeks. Just the GReddy bolt on kit. So, I couldn't tell you for sure without having it installed to get a dyno

for now, and until the turbo kit goes on, stay with the stock exhaust. Do the turbo and the exhaust at the same time. And if you are using the POS greddy kit, you wont need anything bigger than 2.5" piping... what kind of motor is this on also?
