AC is nice, but a t3/t4 turbo isn't *****.
To answer you question, however, The sidewinder manifold is a great solution. It puts the turbo way away from that stuff. LoveFab makes it -- take a look.

Re: Cars with Big Turbos With A/C Im trying to get Ideas (SiHatchTurbo)
Most of T4 setup turn the turbo turbine side on the passenger side and leaving the compressor side on the driver side. From here you have more room to make the DP and you can even run the turbo outlet through the hole on the driver side by the windshield squirter bottle. If you have No AC ,you don't need a windshield squirter reservoir

If you don't mind to spend the $$$ Hytech makes a nice turbo manifold that lets you keep AC and have room for a 3" downpipe.

i hate when "***** turbo set ups" make over 500 hp. wow, what a ***** setup.
anyways it might be easiest to run a sidewinder style manifold.

I say get the HyTech, Supernice. The only thing kinda odd is the turbo oil return. I have yet to see a picture of that.

Most i've heard of is around 630 with a T3/T67. Still more than you could ever need or ever be able to put down in a street honda chassis, but I guess we're pussies for not wanting more lag and unneeded flow of a T4 exhaust housing.
I know! Who can build me a turbo manifold to keep AC with a 5" downpipe and a TV-frame turbocharger? I don't want no T4 turbo ***** ****, I need it big!

I'll have a full lineup of pictures in a few weeks. I'm doing a sidewinder though, not the lovely hytech piece.

You would understand why you need a/c if you live in texas! it gets up to 90's plus up to the 100's. so it is hot. I went without a/c for 3 years in my hatch Im trying to keep it in my four door

Re: (JDMH22HATCH)
its Cody The SideWinders are really only for the HARDCORE user. I have recently switched over to 3" AC SST's because you have to modify the hell out of the car to fit the SideWinder(radiator hose, move the radiator, bitch of piping if going FMIC). W/the AC SST, just have to go to a half radiator and move the AC condenser forward. No messing w/coolant lines, etc, and still get to keep your 3" DP. The AC SST will be phazed out soon though, soon followed by the "Mini-me", which will be unveiled sometime tonight(once I purchase ad-views).

Re: (DaX)
Ron(Sixtydashone) will be using this exact manifold on his upcoming 10 second buildup. The AC version will use the exact same placement as the AC SST, and I have not yet had any time to build it(probably wont till July-ish either).
My brother Chris will be welding these, of course his work will be posted as soon as he gets around to finishing one(graduation time, etc).
oh ya, sorry for the big pics!
