Default Carbon and white crud caked up...

What is the best way to remove this thick rock like white stuff on valves?

white stuff that looks like a milkshake? Are you leaking coolant into the oil?

No I took a head apart and referring to the crap left on the valves. It's like crustation.....

soak them in some seafoam or carb cleaner

I used, steel wool, with some valve seat cleaner stuff i think it was. And a cordless drill. Taped up my valve stems, put it in the dril, dumped on the cleaner, and then used steel wool. Not sure if there is any coating on there, but they looked damn good when i was done
