My car wouldn't start this morning, so I replaced the battery, the core was bad. I put the new battery on and still no luck. I checked the starter relay and fuse both are good.

I made sure the wires were connected to the starter. Can't think of what else it could be.

Batteries and starter motors tend to go bad together. Often a battery will fail because the windings in the starter motor have oxidized and must draw more amps to turn over.

I would take the starter motor, and the alternator, and have them tested at your local auto parts store.
