Default Car wont go past 6000rpms in 2nd or 3rd gear!! Help!! Phearable.net

I KNOW basemaps are only to get you to the tuner, but can you run the car hard?

Anyway, rundown of the setup

STOCK LS/Vtec
-ARP headstuds
-Skunk2 Manifold
-Skunk2 Throttle body
-XS Power turbo kit (traded cams for straight up BNIB kit)
-RC 440s
-2.5in DP/Exhaust
-5psi of boost
-Basemap ECU by phearable.net

1st gear, the car pulls hard all the way to 7,500rpms
2nd/3rd gear, the car pulls hard then falls on its face at 6,500rpms (I know title says 6000, misprint)

It feels like the car is hitting the redline. Anyone have any clue what this is about? ALSO, the car is running a stock fuel pump. Could that be causing the problem?

BTW, before you start flaming, this is my cousins car and this is temporary setup. A Sleeved gsr block, wiesco piston, eagle rod, precision turbo is being put together

why are you going to boost with out a tune and 7,500 rpms??????????

do Honda-tech and your self a favor and read though the FAQ

if base maps are just to get you to the tuner then why would you be able to run the car hard? because you are taking a chance of destroying your motors with improper timing, fuel maps and ignition just so the tuner can fix it.
the people who burned the basemap would never believe that you would have to go past that or even near it and figure that when you get it tuned it will be corrected.

x2. timing is probably ultra conservative in the high rpm's to prevent damage. stop reving the car out and get it tuned.

It may have a boost cut or rpm limiter. you need to go get it tuned!!!! but a good way to destroy a perfectly good motor.

Your issue could be related to a multitude of problems which can't be diagnosed over the internet.
Your car maybe running too rich or lean. You may have a leaking blow off valve, boost leak etc...
Take the car to a local honda/acura dyno tuner to have it gone over & tuned.
Without a wideband oxygen sensor gauge to monitor your air fuel ratios, you are playing with fire.

What is a wideband oxygen sensor?
A wideband oxygen sensor is a sensor which allows you to monitor parts air to fuel. Most people have the preconception that a basic autometer air/fuel guage using the stock oxygen sensor in their vehicle will give them all the information they need about being in a lean or rich condition. This information is false, the factory narrowband oxygen sensor will not provide you with an accurate reading because the oxygen sensor is a narrowband sensor which does not have a wide enough of a range to accurately sense air/fuel mixtures needed to properly tune a vehicle. The purchase of a wideband oxygen sensor is not required due to the fact that almost every tuner provides one with his services etc.

Recommended Target Air Fuel Ratios On 91-93 Octane Vehicles:
All motor vehicles: 12.9-13.4:1 (Full Throttle)
Forced Induction Vehicles: 11.2-12.0:1 (Full Throttle)
Partial Throttle/Idle: 15.5:1 (Light Throttle) 14.7-13.6:1 (Partial to Mid Throttle)
There are many small variables involved in targeting your air/fuel ratios, the main idea is to ensure you are not running too rich or lean & making the safest & best power possible due to maintaining a proper amount of fuel to your motor at all times.
