Default car stuttering d16 turbo

ok well under low boost the car runs fine (5 psi) but as soon as i bump it up to 9 psi the car starts to stutter under boost ..u can hear it and feel it almost like it is missing ... what are you all's opinions? i was told to clean my injectors and get new plugs and just go from there any other opinion s?

what type of plugs are you runnin and what about fuel management?
