Well it happened !!! MY CAR WAS STOLEN LAST NIGHT !!!! YES THAT'S RIGHT MY CAR, SHE IS GONE !!!! Between 9pm-2:30am on 01-28/29-04 From my apartments in Dallas Texas ! Cops say professionally done no broken glass etc. 94 Acura Integra LS red in color you all know what she looked like and what she had if you knew me.

yea... that area is bad for that, my mother worked at a apartment complex by frankford and toll way and she told me that the police told her that the thiefs target that area alot.

thats why you need to watch where you drive. Dallasis very bad for that especially frankford and tollway area.. i heard the same thing.. down that streach. Also east dallas side is bad

Was the car towed? Did you have an alarm, pager, fuel cut, ignition cut, ect....? What security did you have ?

It saddens me even more when the person is like, oh...I didn't have a alarm.

I have a feeling that one day someone on one of these boards is going to end up killing a car theif. This is becoming way to common.
Post up pics of the car so people can keep a look out.

No the car was not towed. I had an alarm a dam good one... not that matters...I had no fuel cut or any other device. Which I am not stupid enough to think thats all I needed..However I have known to many of my friends who have had fuel cut offs etc. basically all kinda **** and still get their cars stolen. blah blah blah. If they want it bad enough they will take it. At this point I am not sure what I could have done...20/20 hindsight ?

I think it's time for us to start doing more than installing alarms. Hood pins with locks, pulling the ECU, pulling a couple fuses, etc. Sorry for your loss

the problem is in Dallas there is becoming a crzy bunch of turbo kids. We got the kids that work hard for there stuff and then we got some that jack the ****. Its been well known for while since we lost i think about 5 memebrs car during last year. Its all turbo cars not all motor stuff.

Who buys it? It's probably all posted on local forums a couple months later (not national forums like HT) and people buy the parts and/or put in the thief's car or his/her friend's car Death to them all.

Yea, boost seems to be the newest honda trend or bandwagon, or something. I like there being more boosted hondas, but I hate thiefs.

Problem is there is tooo many people these days that lack respect for other people or other peoples things.

Yep, or the thieves just already know a bunch of shady people that want parts.

For all we know people may see a car and say, man, I want his ****. Next day the car is stolen, and the parts are in the persons hands for just a little bit of money.
