Car is smoking... any advice?

Car is smoking... any advice?
I have a Turbo B18C1. The motor is bone stock, and the car is running 10-11psi and makes 343whp.
I have a problem with my car smoking when I'm not on the gas, or when I am on the gas, then let off, and then hit the gas again. If I am punching it, accellerating normally, or have been in decel, it doesn't smoke. it's when I go from decel to hitting the gas again is when it smokes. The smoke is oil.
I don't have a PCV system currently, and am in the middle of building one. Could this be it?
I just added an inline restrictor to my turbo for the oil feed, and that seemed to help for the test drive, but after that, it was smoking again. Oil return line is big, and should provide plenty of flow back to the pan.
Any advise?
Edit: Could it be my oil return line? It seems to be fine, but maybe its not efficient?

This might be the case, but I don't think so, as it began after I put my turbo on my car, and didn't even start to boost yet (motor didn't smoke before). However, at the same time as putting on my turbo, I unconnected the PCV (left the black box).

What kind of smoke is it? Oil burning or just extra fuel not being burned? If its oil it could be bad seals on the turbo I had this problem and get it fixed/rebuilt before you screw the turbo up and have to get a new one. If its fuel, have you gotten it tuned? cuz you might be running to rich

I got it tuned, and it put down 343whp. But it was smoking before (I didn't boost on it until it got tuned). It's definately oil. Turbo is brand new.

Well, I redid my oil return line today, and moved it up about an inch. I was thinking maybe it was too low. It's still smoking a bit, but it might just be old oil burning off.
Hope I don't have to yank the head. I'll do a compression check if it doesn't get any better.
