cant turn the center section(turbo) around??

cant turn the center section(turbo) around??
I had my turbonetics t3/t4 turbo on my prelude and now took it off to place on my 91 DA. Im switching it from a custom mani to a drag. Unfortunatly the center section on the turbo must be rotated in order to drain the oil properly. I loosened the bolts but the center section will not bug. What sould i do. Dont want to mess the seals up.

tap on it gently with a rubber hammer with all the bolts loose, it will take a couple of tries, wd40 works good in situtations like this, pb blaster does too
