Can you use AEM EMS with a jumper harness...
Can you use the OBD1 version AEM EMS with a jumper harness in a 01 Integra OBD2 car???
will it create any problems?

Yes you can and no it will not cause any problems.
Did you solve your tach issues? Have you checked what I recommended?

Ya i printed out all the pin out put and overlooked it all
is there any way I can use a volt meter and read the output of the ICM pin on the ecu... or comming into the ecu....
then ill know where the problem is....
do you suggest changing the distributor? some say its the ignitor??
