can you run stock fuel pump and fpr w/ standalone?
i did a search, but what i came up w/ were debates or info that doesnt really answer this question clearly. can i run my stock fuel pump, stock fpr, dsm injectors, and a standalone? or is this route not suggested? basically, what is the best way to setup your fuel management w/ an apexi power fc? i will be running an fmax kit in a b18 running at around 6-7 daily. thanks in advance.

your stock fuel pump and fpr will be just fine in your car up to about 9psi of boost (say 250HP). I just tuned a car this weekend with an inline pump and stock fuel pressure regulator and it did fine although it was doing wierd things at idle and low speed low throttles where the fuel pumps would be off for a while and it would go lean but immediately be fine again with throttle. I run an intank and B&M riser on my fuel regulator and boost to 10.5psi on my stock engine and its fine.

are you using the stock fuel regulator or an upgraded one? and let me get this straight, the b&m riser lets you adjust the afr w/ your stock fpr right?

I have heard that in normal cases you can run the stock intank. In my case, no. I have a custom fuel system that utilizes stainless braided line throughout the complete fuel system. I guess since the ID of the lines were quite a bit larger than the stock lines that the stock pump couldnt supply the pressure and flow and once. I was leaning out considerably and under boost my fuel pressure dropped instead of increased.
I would think you can use the stock pump, but run rich until you can get a wideband on it and see what the a/f is doing--an EGT wouldnt hurt either.
