Default Can you retain your A/C when using the HF manifold on a 93 Civic?

Like the title asks fellaz, done the search and found a couple of other people asking the same questions but they never received an answer. Let's try again

well I found some answers, depends on where the turbo is sitting or turned? meaning what?

which way the turbo is turned refers to how the compressor outlet is pointed and such... there are bolts that you can loosen to rotate the housing
