Can you guys tell me what I need/ LS turbokit
Hi guys my name is Mike from Toronto Canada. I am new to this site but not to this sport. I presently have a 91 GS Integra B18A non vtec motor. N/A I ran 14.7 @ 94 mph on my 17" rims at full weight minus spare tire and jack (removal of pwr steering belt).
N/A my mods are:
JG fully ported and polished head (milled for 11 to 1 comp)
JG match ported intake manifold (stock)
JG 1001 cams
JG throttlebody
AEM cam gears (ret 7 exh adv 4 int) sounds lumpy but I love it.
B&M fuel pressure reg (36psi with vaccum line on)
Buick Grand National intank fuel pump
PYR ecu with upgraded fuel and spark curves (rev limiter set to 8600rpm but I shift at 7300)
DC ceramic coated header
2 1/4 exhaust (no cat)
B16a J1 tranny with LS 5th gear
Clutch Masters Stage3 clutch and pressure plate
Stock flywheel lightened from 18 pounds to 13
Aluminum crank pulley
Fresh stock bottom end with flycut pistons for valve clearance
Now I am going turbo and this is what I have got:
T3T4OE turbo
Custom turbo manifold
Richard Lee Wastegate (holds over 800 whp)
Vortech FMU
2 1/2" intercooler piping
Custom front mount intercooler (good for up to 500whp)
HKS blow off
Eagle Talon 440 cc injectors? will this work with a 91 Integra? there low impedience injectors.
Feilds vtec controller
My bottomend now consists of:
Eagle rods
Endyne forged pistons
Sleeved block
TypeR oil pump
ARP head studs
This bottomend with my head is going to give me 9.5 to 1 comp
what head gasket do I use?
Sorry for the length of this thread, but I have been dying to talk to you guys about this setup for a while now, and it was just today I have been approved by this site to post messages after a week and a bit. But its all good. I don't have the coin to drop for a aftermarket ecu like Hondata or anything (just had my first child 2 days ago so thats why), so can you guys tell me how my idle quality is going to be, and what kinda numbers can I expect at the wheels. I believe this motor can handle over 20 psi with good fuel (C16). My turbo kit is complete and I am presently working on my bottomend. I see alot of LS turbo setups here so anything you guys can tell me would be greatly appreciated. I still have my LS tranny and stock flywheel if traction becomes a issue. I only understand turbo setups, all my cars have been turbo. I have a low 10 sec high 9 sec street driven Buick Grand National when pushed over 26 psi, so turbos are my second language. Please help.

that is a pretty good setup you have there. why stick to the fmu band aid fuel management? get yourself a hondata and better injectors. with your setup, id recommend some 550s or 720s. other than that... your setup overall seems cool...

Where can I get good valve springs for my motor at a decent price?Or is anyone selling a set?
