Can TPS Activation be disabled on Zex Wet Kit?
I have a Zex Wet Kit (82021) and a Hondata ECU. I was going to use Hondata to activate the solenoids and retard the timing when spraying.
Since Hondata already has a full throttle activation option, is there a way to disable the built-in tps activation on the zex box?
It's not that big of deal if it can't be done since it's just one more wire, just wondering.

The box uses a TPS signal which is a 0-5 volt reference in a sweep, your hondata is going to use a 12volt with a grounding trigger to open the relay, I would say no as the voltage is too much and you cant program the box via the TPS portion of the directions, I would bet to say you could reduce the voltage with something but then you would also not be able to turn the box on while sitting with the key on and the car not seeing an VSS readings as hondata wont let you activate anything with the car not going anywhere, kind of a safety feature
