This is just the btm that runs with the stock ignition. Part#5462

CAN someone please tell me where to wire the white, orange, and red wires. I've been trying to figure this out for months. Thanks.

Well in the Diagram it says that the orange wire goes from the negative on the coil to the BTM. Red goes to positve on the coil. And the white wire is going to the trigger. You are running an external coil right?

The wires @ the distributor are:

black w/ yellow is 12V
white w/ black is the firing/rpm/timing wire

I just tried:

Orange-negative coil
Red-positive coil(blk/yellow wire)
White-White w/ blue wire that used to go to the negative coil

Under boost, my car feels like ****. Feels like timing is way to advanced or retarded. This is with the **** set to 0. What the hell is going on????

Its the white w/black wire on the left above (across from the white wire)

So know one else knows??? I've been trying to get this damn thing to work all day. I tried some more things.....

red-positive coil(blk/yellow wire)
orange-icm
White-blue wire

Red-12v source
orange-positive coil
white-blk/yellow

Red-positive coil
Orange-white/blue wire
White-negative coil

Red-positive coil
Orange-negative coil
White-white/blue wire....this kinda worked. You could feel it runningshitter as the **** was turned, but it ran like **** even at 0.

Throughout this process i blew a ignitioncoil fuse and couldnt figure it out for about an hour. Tried changing coils...didnt work. Used my bro's dist....didnt work. So one of myfriends suggested maybe a fuse blew...and there ya go. What a waste of a fuckn day...and still didnt get this piece of **** done...

If someone could please help me with this it would be very appreciated....THANks

If it's really eating your ****, they probably have a tech line that you could call. As an example; I had to call autometer to make sure I had the correct signal-amplifier for my egt gauge and they helped me out, no prob.
