can i use the autometer steel braided line as an oil feed line

Default can i use the autometer steel braided line as an oil feed line

would you guys recomended it.. i see it this way they use it for the oil pressure and fuel pressure guages why not as an oil feed line

also the greddy oil feed line is huge too does the size of the oil feed line matter

well if it was meant for fuel pressure line, it'll be okay, since the engine has less pressure on oil than fuel...

I dunno exactly what kind of line they used though, I only used a teflon coated lines fro oil line and speed flex for fuel line. just IMO

3/16" - 1/4" or an-3 to an-4 is what most people use. I've heard some people complain on HT that an-4 was too large and caused oil to get past the seals. Other people use it with no problems tho.

here goes some from earls,look at the ones with the female ends on both sides,you just gonna make up your mind on which size u wanna use,either 3an or 4
and how long

I would highly suggest not using a -4 line since it pumps to much oil into the turbo and ruins the seals and it will eventually blow smoke. The -3 puts the right amount of oil if you feed it off of the block. I have seen alot of people ruin their seals. I guess it depends on the type of turbo you have but any turbonetics or garrett turbos this applies.

Most say -3 but then again most people with a kit probably don't have a clue
