Default Can I tap into the PCV line for my wastegate vacuum?

And if not, what would be the next best thing, other than the brake booster. I can't find a T that will go from that large of a hose (for the booster) to the size of the wastegate vacuum line, so I am looking for alternatives with hoses about the same size. I think it's the PCV line...it goes to the top rear on the Type-R intake manifold and to the bottom rear on the stock GSR manifold. The car is a 94 GSR.

Don't tap the PCV line, there is oil in it!

Dont you have a pressure fitting on your turbo compressor?
That is always the best spot to get your wastegate reference from, IMO.

I hear so many different opinions on this. Some swear by the intake manifold, some swear by the compressor housing. I wish there was more info out there on this.

I did not see a vacuum nipple anywhere on the turbo, but I suppose I can look again

the way i see it, the compressor housing will see boost last. i would think the intake manifold (along with the line to the bov/wg/bc) would be the best place for quickest response. kinda like filling up a cup or well, anything with water- the end fills up first. the difference is probably negligible though as i haven't really seen anyone claim a noticeable difference, other than full-race's bov right on the ic's inlet.
the only thing i can think of is just universal convenience. no one has to tap anything no matter what their car is, just run the line to the compressor.
