Can I run water lines like this?
Ok, Im back on the road the now with my T3/T04e 50 trim turbo on my 99 Si with VAFC hack 450cc injectors. I just replaced a piston because i cracked a ringland.
Anyway, this new turbo i got is watercooled turbonetics. It has the 90 brass nipples, and they point down. I ran one with stainless line into right below the throttle body, and then other to coolant nipple right near the thermostat housing. I pretty much put it in a loop from the original configuration (regular hose from TB to nipple on head near thermostat)
Now the car idles high at 1500 RPM, has a CEL, and bucks around 1600-1700 RPM. But smooth up top.
Is that the cause or is it something else probably? I will check the CEL, and investigate it later, but im dead tired right now from working on the car all last nite and all this morning.
Thanks
