Can i run my turbo off my safc or do i need an fmu?
i got my complete kit finally down to the wire, all i need is intercooler piping, i have a safc but no fmu, can i run the turbo off of it for a while or better go ahead and buy an fmu. after all this is my daily driver.

bump, like the only issue is reliablity, i want this car to be able to make trips and stuff. i mean i know my motor will only last a year or less before it needs to be pulled but in the meantime, i just want it turboed quick.

An safc would be a better than an fmu. Pick up some dsm 450's. should be no more than 80 bucks.
