Default Can a HKS SSQV fit on a greddy charge pipe???

I've never seen anyone with a SSQV on a greddy kit and can it be done with a 50mm flange???? Im not really familiar as to why you have to use a flange or as in what size you should use to begin with But i'd really appreciate the help and info.
