can d15b oil pan fit on d16y8??
hey wassup guyz imma swap a d16y8 in soon. just wondering will my d15b vtec oil pan fit on the d16y8?? cuz i already have a greddy return line on there. thanks

Dont know. The z6 doesnt really fit on the y8 because the oil dip stick is in the wrong place....however you can modify that. And the pan is a little different shape and has a few different holes...which you can also modify.
So you can most likely modify it..and make it work. Give it a try and let us know.

The d16y8's come with the *best* oil pan Honda makes IMO. It's aluminum, decked nicely, the gasket is a superior design,etc... I think it would be worth it to re-tap the new Y8 pan.
