Default can anyone reccommend a good (cheap) multimeter to measure dc?

as the high fuel pressure saga continues (85-90psi with 370cc injectors on 6psi h22a = 13:1 a/f) i am dying to find out what all the BS bandaings are causing my injectors to actually run at. there seem to be a huge range of automotive multimeters out there, from $50 to $500, all of which measure duty cycle. i fugre i'll hook it up in a semi-secure fashion directly to the injector lead, run the wire out the hood and into the antidisestablishmentarianismpit, and go for a quick spin. alternately i could do it on the dyno, but that's no fun. anyone used one of the cheapies? example :

cool! so even if it's not a specialty automotive meter any "duty cycle" measurement will do? somehow i would've thought it would come up like 4x too low or something.
