Calling all SoCal AEM EMS Tuners, I need help.
I've tried all the san diego tuners listed in the directory and haven't had any luck. I need someone to trouble shoot and set my idle and start up fuel maps. When I initally had my aem ems tuned, the tuner wasnt able to get the idle and start up to work properly. The problem that I'm having is that my car wont idle for a couple minutes after I start it. Then it idles at 1500-2000 rpm. It also floods on startup sometimes when its warmed up. I need someone with some indepth knowledge on how to tune hondas using the ems. I'm also willing to drive to LA area if there isn't anyone in SD. Thanks.
BTW: AEM EMS, Stock block, gt30r turbo, rc 550cc injectors, turbo back 3" exhaust.

Your question is too vague. "I need someone with some indepth knowledge on how to tune hondas using the ems." Well what EMS is it? I can't believe no one in the directory could help you.

I dont think I'm being vague at all. I have a specific problem. As for no one in the directory being able to help, I mean no one in the san diego area that is in the directory is able to help. None of them are that fimiliar with the ems. They all can set up a/f ratios but arent able to trouble shoot problems that are occuring with operating the iacv or starup. I was hoping that someone else has had a similar problem with their ems and could tell me how to fix it or who fixed it for them.
Thanks.
30-1060 ems.
Thanks.

You dont think your question, "I need someone with some indepth knowledge on how to tune hondas using the ems" is vague? What if I asked someone, "how much are tires"?
I see you posted 30-1060. Thats an AEM, correct? Thats a big help. You gotta tell everyone what kind of EMS you have, in order for them to help you.
If it is an AEM, like I said, im still surprised no one in the SD area could help you.
