I am assuming you have an intercooler, if not that should be te first on your list.
Also, I am assuming you dont have the bluebox, if so ditch that as well and at least run crome or somthing better.
I used to have the kit a few years back and the common upgrades seem to be....
1) replace the restrictive cast iron exh housing. I believe weirtech has a flange to replace this.
2) replace the 2" downpipe with a 3" starting from your new flange listed above.
Other than that, the next thing on the list would be a turbo upgrade (gt28RS seemed to be a good replacement on the greddy manifold when I had the kit), most people push the 15g up to 15-17 psi (around 250-270whp) and at that point the turbo is running out of steam.
