Buying a high-mileage 14b turbo? Worth it for 70 bucks?
I'm thinking of buying a 14b turbo off a 1G dsm. Problem is it has 129,000 miles on it, but everything's included and it's in good condition. Should I just not pass it up and buy it, take pics and have H-T's finest check it out?

Well check the shaft for excessive shaft play. If it have it, I would say don't get it.
You can get a new rebiult T3/T something for a little more than a rebuild on a 14b. So I would take all of that into consideration.
What are you putting it on any way?
