Default Built H22 DBB 67mm garrett vs S366 - discuss

OK... SO:

I currently have a T4 PT6176SP (Ported S cover) on my Built H22 setup.

Sleeved GE block@88mm/CP/Eagle-built-mildly ported head. New Bosch 1000 CC saturated injectors, S2 Pro intake, 68mm BDL TB, 3" charge piping Tial 44mm WG.

It makes really good power as it is (520WHP/370TQ@17 PSI on 92 pump and 620ishWHP/450TQ at max boost on trick 114).... But Id like to make more power on pump, and hold out tq better up top. The 61mm is maxed the hell out... In addition to that it has a non divided T4 .58 hot side on it that I think is holding me back as well... Above 72-7500ish, Max boost was falling from 25-23 which is reflected in the dyno sheet... I put a AVCR on it and got it to hold and make a tad more power than the 612 in the dyno, but the compresor is just DONE.

Holds TQ nicely on the 17 PSI tune (which is a ROCK solid 17 PSI), but on big boost I think the ex housing is choking **** up, hence the tq falling off due to the restriction. a bit up top too.

Im building a new manifold and since I am, I figured Id look into a different turbo as well. Since makming the decision to do so... Ive been looking at A S366 and a T04Z (both of which Ive found for really good prices. And Im definate on the choice between the two. The mani will be a split paired collector with two 44mm Tials

I'M NOT A HAVE TO HAVE BBN CRHA guy...l ANd not SUPER worried about a 5000-5500 max spool deal (It makes max boost at about 4500-5000 now), but Im curious as to what those that KNOW or have EXPERIENCE with the T04z orS366 think about comparisons involving the two turbos ive mentioned against what I have. ESPECIALLY what effects the snail will have on my pump gas numbers.

Currently the PT61 starts spooling about 2800-3K and has full boost (25 PSI) by 4500-5k Id like to keep it around 5k (redlinines at 8500). I hgave a video opf it, but theres som TOS violations (language) so I dont feel like getting ****ed with about it. iTS A super FUNJ STREET CAR.. FAST AS HELL WITH A VERY NICE POWERBANDa... Im willing to lose a little bit of spool time, but not too much...

Ive been reading ALOT about the 366 lately pretty impressed and knopw schister and shodan will chinme in (at l;east I hope so) but also looking for garret proponents along with any empirical data.

Thanks

you probably dont care about anything i have to say but the bw S366 t4 .83a/r divided sounds nice for your app.

your spool is gonna be similar to a GT35r give or take a few rpms

your def going to step up on the hot side if you want more on the top end with our motors that small size housing just kills topend and high boost, if you go with the bw366 you could go with the ..70a/r which should keep you around the spool time you want, but with the other one prob a .82a/r and with your bore you would get a better spool than a normal h22. and also how much boost are you planing to run? cause you will be able to run the bw at at higher boost than the other one.
