about 10psi 
after that you have to get a 2bar mapsensor and an ecu that can read it properly.
and the tiny turbo will crap out just about after this too hehe.
220hp is about what I'm thinking round about.

how much boost can you run on it before it looses efficiency? 16psi?

mine lost efficiency at 13psi.
12 was very solid though.
