building head for boost...Help
I am running a jackson charger at 11 psi and i have a stock B18C1 head and a built LS bottom end. My plan so far is to run a Type R exhast cam and a GSR intake cam, type r springs/ ?retainers?, and skunk 2 cam gears. What other things would be practical to do to the head when it is off the car....oversized valves, portmatch/ polish? It was recommended from john at LHT to use the Type R/GSR cam combo. thank you in advance
