brand new turbo a little sound coming from the inlet

i just got my brand new garrett t3/t04e 57trim .63a/r in the mail today. while i was spinningt the blade, i can hear a little rubbing sound. is it normal that the inlet side makes a little sound while spinning??

ya u mite hear something. just try to move the blade side to side. if u see it hitting the compressor, u need a rebuild. also, try to push the compressor wheel into the turbine and vice versa to check in and out play.
