I just bought some 750cc saturated injectors from Spark Racing. Ever since I swapped out my 550's for the 750's the car hasn't idled right. I just thought it was my tune on the EMS.(And yes I did adjust the fuel map for the larger injectors) So I went to the dyno this weekend to have my car tuned and my tuner could get the car to respond to any changes made to the maps. So, I unplug the injector clips, one at a time. When I unplug #1, nothing changes. So I think the injector is just spuck open even with no clip hooked up to it. Do I need to send it back to RC, or Spark or what?

your gonna need to have sparks call RC and send it back in. I had a brand new set of injectors that were stuck open too. It would spray out fuel like crazy.

I had the same problem with a set of RC 750s on my car except I think it was stuck closed. I sent it back to the vender and it was sent to RC for testing and cleaning. They found no problem and sent them back to me with a new flow balance sheet. Probably got unstuck in shipment.

mines was like that too... sent it back to RC and they said there wasnt no problem with it. But then when i received it back it works fine. They might be trying to cover themselves maybe?

Didnt want to stary a new thread so here it is. I have rc 550 injectors in my car,last night i went to put gas in my car and like 20 min later it started. My car was bogging out at low rpm's,it would barely go,and then it would kinda clear up. I have Hondata s200 because my car is boosted and ive been running this mapp for over a year now and everything been fine. Its always ran rich as hell but now its crazy. I let it sit overnight and this morning i started it up and it ran fine for about 5 min then shut off. I tried to start it and nothing,then it finally started and it was burning gas like a ****. Well later on today i pulled my plugs and kinda figured it out. One cylinder stunk like raw fuel,so im guessing i have a open injector?? Is there a way to test it??and should i try to put some cleaner in to clean them out?? Im guessing that i got some shitty fuel and it got some **** stuck in it. I doubt its my program on the hondata they dont just stop working.Well if anybody has had any luck with cleaning there injectors please let me know.

I've seen this problem quite a few times....just tap them with a screwdriver and small hammer while the car is running and that will fix it (most of the time)

Im probably going to pull them out tommorow, Its running a little better,but its still burning raw fuel like crazy,idles like **** I'll try to tap em
