bov probs
 

alright i have the bov t'd into the fuel reg to mani vacuum line and the valve looks like its trying to ope at neutral and i understand that sometime they usually dont but even when i put a load on it it doesnt blow off at all. i've tried everything could someone help me out

what exactly are you asking? what bov are you using?

your bov should be hooked to a vacuum source which you are saying you tee'd off the fpr vacuum line. the bov is open at idle which is ok. your bov doenst need to blowoff while in neutral, there isnt enough load on the engine to build boost. if the bov is blowing off while you are driving around in gear and you aren't getting any compressor surge then everything should be good to go.
