Boosting too high
 
I just installed a greddy kit and everything looks good all the hose and line are plugged in, but when i floor it the boost gauge goes all the way up to like 15, 20 psi. What is wrong cause i never messed with the factory boost level.

could be a bad wastgate, or the adjustment of the wastegate is off..

what kit exactly? Whats ur set up? Can u send us pic of the turbo/engine bay?

its a greddy tdo5 kit for a 97 GSR. my engine is just stock so i'm scared to blow it

but then when i rev it it only goes to 7psi so i don't know whats wrong

che k your wastegate vacumm line. where did u hook it up to? u shouldnt be boosting when reving in neutral.

it is either something is wrong with the wastegate or what i reall thing happened is one of the lines has been ran wrong. Just double check the wastegate lines.

where does the waste gate line connect to? i connect it to the regulator. Is that wrong?
