Default Boosting 2000 integra...want to keep air conditioning

I am piecing together my turbo setup and need to know what needs to be done to keep my AC in my b18b 2000 Teggie. I plan to run t3 or t3/t4 and only plan to run about 250hp or so..... I have searched for air conditioning and other variations and cannot find a definitive answer. Thanks for your help.

U will need to buy a AC compatable Turbo Manifold. Just about everyone makes one now. Full-race, inline pro, rev-hard, neukin etc etc

So the only thing that really needs to be considered is the clearence of the manifold to the radiator? If that is the case, then would it be possible to replace the stock integra radiator with an radiator from a DOHC Del Sol? they are much smaller and should be able to handle the heat I would think...

most manifolds will even clear the full size radiator. Usually you have to put a slim fan on it as well, sometimes on the opposite side of the rad from where the stock one was.

I would not suggest replacing for a half size radiator. But if you do, make some kind of block off for the side that now doesn't have a radiator, cause air will take least path of resistance and bypass radiator for this open space.

I'm using a Drag manifold with my T3/T04e and a Fluidyne thick-core radiator and a single slim fan on the passenger side. Fitment is perfect and I retained A/C and P/S and using a 3" downpipe.

I suggest you wrap your A/C condensor and A/C lines when you do turbo the car. This will prevent anything busting under hot temps.

Hope this helps.
