I have done a significant amount of searching and have most questions answered but is 250whp achievable running a T3/T04E 57 trim turbo (psi??), forged pistons/rods and a good tune? Is there anything else i should do?

yes 250whp <u>very</u> acheivable with those mods. you'd probably see over 300.

For 250whp I'd use a t3/t4 50 trim instead. They're good to around 300hp. You could save yourself that extra bit of spool time.

they are good up to the 400 mark!

Well pardon my mistake! That settles it for me then. I was looking for a 50 trim to take me to 300, but I wasn't sure if I could push it more.

what is the max boost i would want to run?

whatever you want really. if your only looking for 250-300 then 10-15 pounds will be plenty depending on the turbo, tune etc.

SRT's also have a completely different quench pattern than H22's.

Are u talking about the DOHC or SOHC F22?? I make 300whp on 13 psi on my built DOHC setup and i made 215 on 11 psi when i had my sohc. That goal can be easily reached with that turbo and setup. My turbo is a T3To4E 60 trim with a .63ar.

turbos are rated at compressor flow to determine maximum horsepower not by the engine they are being installed on.

U can hit 300 whp with the sohc. If ur not looking to go too much higher than that then u can get a 50 trim turbo so u can get better spool. I plan on making 400+ once i crank up the boost on race gas so my 60 trim will be perfect for me.

f22 B1 here; t3/04e 57 trim 48/50 ar

10-11psi -&gt; 275 HP-278 TQ on a conservative tune (I think 12.6 is as lean as it got-12 across the board). I wouldnt be scared to turn it up to 11-12. STOCK block/head,etc.... ******' Accord pulls like hell. Full boost by 3200, max power at 5700-5900, and keeps pullin hard. I owe thanks to lotsa people here to my success...I AM VERY happy. I made a bit over 250 HP @ like 7-8 PSI or so.

Never got hot, stutters a little in 1st under part throttle about 4k (right about when VTEC opens)... but second on up are fun fun times man!!! Ill work the part throttle thing out later. car drivability is great otherwise, 22 " vac at idle, 850 rpms and smooth... with 3" exhaust and magnaflow muffler, its quiet too!!!
