Boosted cars in california
Im a New Yorker getting ready to move to california,,, i have a 96 integra gsr. I just bought a 3 inch downpipe, ramhorn mani, dumptube from RLD fabrication in binghamton NY will i be able to pass emissions if i turbo my car out there?

im moving because the area i live in now/grew up in sucks. I have a buddy that moved out there and has lived in ventura for two years. I went out and visited last year i love it out there

i think theres a clause where if the car is registered and brought into cali swapped and it was legal in NY they have to let you register it. but im not quite sure about turbo.
