Might end up putting this build off for a little while longer. I really want to save up and get a bigger turbo, bigger injectors, and water/meth kit before I get this car running again and get to the dyno but we will see what happens

Because I already have these pistons and I'm not changing them now they will be good enough, ill be upgrading the things I mentioned then maybe a couple other things, but defiantly not new pistons.

I think its crazy your not doing anything to strengthen the sleeves. You have a ton of money in parts and at 350-400hp your one instance of detonation away from cracking a sleeve. Never mind when you decide to turn up the boost. If sleeving isn't an option I'd at least recommend CylinderSupportSystem. They are proven and cheap. Other than that the car is badass.

I personally use Stock #2668 Iridium Heat Range 8. They are a little expensive, but last a LOONG time, especially with an ignition system

He's in SoCal. by the time he does all that to send to CSC, he can drive the block down to Golden Eagle and get it properly sleeved.. If he reinforces at all.

Thanks I want it sleeved but no money for sleeving/new pistons. Ill get it sleeved the next time the block gets rebuilt

Anyone have recommendations for intercoolers good for -/600 HP? Looking for something as small as possible

You won't get anything small for 600whp. Small area means heats oak, which means low power. Even a Garrett core needs to be about 10" high at 3" wide with 24" long to get 600whp. Otherwise, you gotta go big.

Depends upon the make of the inter cooler, and not just the size. A quality bar and plate from Garrett or even vibrant will exchange air at a better rate than a cheaper tube/fin. The mishimotos and precisions don't do well without large surface area exposure. So " getting away with" anything too small for your goal will just hurt you. All of the inter coolers that you see that display a "power rating" is for the power to the crank..not the wheels

I havent yet ill be getting OEM I already have a cometic headgasket.

I've have customers in cali and oregon. ??? Its still 1/2 the price shipped and the CSS process is far better for daily driven/street applications because its alum not cast iron.
