it's a legitment question...why the expletive would you waste money on something that's allready pefect from the factory?
if you hook up an unbaffled cover to a catch can...you better be ready to empty it ALL the time.

Re: (SeattleWRX)
I'd grab a peice of aluminum and make a baffel similar to stock.. have someone tack it in place..
rhd reply was harsh.. but i agree.
Watering down useless OEM features makes things simple.... and simple is better..
i'm no engine builder, but the baffles in the valve cover seem like something that shouldnt be removed?

i agree! if i was to purchase this, i would have a guy at work tack or make a similar baffle.
i really want to do know what the purpose of the baffle in the oem cover.

keeps raw oil from going out the pcv tube..
Unscrew your oil cap while your engine is running and watch what happens.

Re: (undercoverdc2)
traps oil perfectly yet still allows ventalation.
IF you do purchase this valve cover i would add a baffle BUT you still gotta vent air pressure so dont go wild.
my .02...my boss made 700whp on a stock valvcover drilled and tapped twice for a breather catch can. AND IT WAS PINK!
oem **** rocks!!!!

actually that nipple on the valve cover is just a vent and doesnt go to the pcv valve.....on a NA oem car it goes to the intake tube to vent crank case gases back into the motor to burn them..
moroso made that valve cover to be light and I believe it should be hooked up to a catch can i would drill another hole in it and weld another fitting for the catchcan also

Re: boost and moroso valve cover (m R g S r)
don't get this valve cover, just spend another 100 hours customizing that pimp valve cover you have been working on.
