Default AT What boost Level should the Valve springs needed to be upgraded

I hear of alot of boosted people running upgraded Valve train when running higher boost. What would happen running high boost but not high RPMs on stock valve train, Could it have valve float?
Thanks.

boost level is not revelant to valve springs unless you raise your rev limit to get more power. If you have a big turbo and are going to 350 hp+ yea i would raise it as long as im making power up there.

I was under the impression of the same thing. After dynoing a car which keeps laying over at 7000rpms I was maybe thinking that upgrading the valve train might help with it.
anyone else?
