The area between the cylinders is gonna be soo ****** thin, I would STRONGLY reccommend against it. . .

85mm is probably the max i would go unless you got a off centered sleeve setup.
85mm and about 30 pounds will last you but 85.5 asking for issues

You ever look at 85.5 block that was sleeved you can easily see how thin it is great for all motor but not for turbo

The main problem with being that big is that there's no headgasket left between the cyls. You're more likely to blow a headgasket than crack a sleeve.

Re: boost guru's....85.5mm bore too big???? (jdm_whore)
We had 85.5MM on a friends B16 street car. As tony1 mentioned it wouldn't hold onto a headgasket worth a damn. It's OK if you buy a used block like that, but he insisted how awesome his 1.8L B16 turbo car was gonna run, and had his new B16 block sleeved to 85.5MM outright.

What exactly dont you understand? Try to stay with me, you can increase the stroke if you want more discplacement and you cant bore any further.

Exactly why I sold it and got a b16a sleeved by bensons and stuck with 81.5mm. . .in case of any future problems. . . .
