whats a good boost gauge for under $100

Your only choice is autometer for under a hundred. I think the apex-i is around 120.

apexi gauges are very nice. greddy ones kick ass also. the greddy's are around $140+. you could always get an autometer one for 45 bucks, they work but they arent the best unit available on the market, its all about how much you are willing to spend.

Mine seems to work fine.

Just remember to use 6mm silicone hose instead of the cheap nylon one that comes with them.

apex-i has the new el series 2 gauges out too if you wanted to peep those. they seem to look bigger and can now work in conjuntion with one another by connecting to a central unit.
