Default Boost creep with Turbosmart MBC

I have a turbosmart MBC on my D16z6(GT28R turbo internally gated) @ 10 lbs and the boost doesn't hold steady. It seems to drop off to about 8 lbs in 4th gear, sometimes it creeps up to 11 lbs then falls to 9-10 lbs. I thought by adding a MBC to my set up it would eliminate my creep issues. I tightened the wastegate actuator arm a couple of turns to try and hold the wastegate from opening prematurly and creeping but no luck. Any ideas or pointers?? A little pic for ***** and giggles.

This WILL end my wavering boost issues for sure?? How are they in comparison to EBC's like the Profec units?

Thanks

I am having a very similar issue w/ my cheap ebay MBC. A new "good" brand MBC will help this? Sorry to thread-jack but I figured since it seems to be the same issue why not.

Also, what exactly does a dual set-up do?
