Default Boost controller questions Retarded person asking smart people

Any adverse effects of mounting a manual boost controller in the dash? This would be a good amount of extra vacuum/boost lines. I was going to put a Greddy TVVC in the dash when I get back from school and wanted to see what yu0 clowns thought first:

Wouldnt it effect spool up because of the long lines that would have to be run?

i dont think you should do that....the vacuum lines would be way too long.
