Hi, I got a hks evc5 boost controller adn a deltagate wastegate. i got stepping motor hooked up to the vacumm, in hooked up to teh side port of the wastegate adn teed off to teh compressor housing, before the intercooler pipe. the out on teh stepping motor is hooked up to the top of the wastegate but it wont exceed 7psi. what is going on. the boost controller is electronically set up correctly for 7 and 9psi put doesnt go up to 9. need lep immediately cuz its goin to dyno at 9 tomorrow. pelase help
