I went to napa autoparts and got grade 8(gold) bolts. you can also get grade 8 stuff from small hardware stores( not home depot or lowes) small stores like mom and pops type.

This thread will tell you the zise you need if you don't already have it

Go to any hardware, Ace hardware places like that. Buy atleast a grade 8, shouldbe cheap and if you want want to spend a couple extra bucks. I would get studs because trust me exhuast leaks are annoying.

I used studs, on Mani/Turbo, Downpipe/turbo, Loctite, and lockwashers and I've never had an exhuast leak .

Get all stainless. Steel, even grade8 or whatever will loose it's heat treating and also corrodes. Skip the split lock washers as the heat will flatten them out the first time you fire it up. Stainless bolts with nice thick flat washers is a better setup.

the strongest easiest to find bolts for the drag manifold are yamaha R6/1 or suzuki GSXR front caliper bolts, they are very strong.

have you ever used split washers on turbo manifolds? when you take them off they don't spring back at all whick means they have no locking ability.

Some mechanical locking nuts would be better. I have never had a problem with just regular nuts and washers though I know some people do.
