BmC RACING B Series AC Log Manifold *Pics Inside*
Most people know us from homemadeturbo.com but we have made a couple appearances on here also.
Any way's, while making a ac compatible manifold might not be something huge to lots of people, we are proud to announce we finally got a good solid design that will fit any t3 or just about any t3 hybrid turbo without Block grinding or any other modification to your vehicle other than possibly a thin ac fan. Our Design also allows for a complete 3'' downpipe to be made instead of only a 2.5'' downpipe. Our Biggest update to all of your customers and future customers is our new method of port matching at the header flange. As most know we do all of your turbo flange porting via cnc but we now found a method of forming our 90's and t's into the perfect oval for matching the flange and head. Another update to those that don't know, we do all of your welding via Miller Tig welder now and all of our piping is 304 stainless steel.
well enough of my gabbing here are a couple pictures.

looks good, but Id suggest a dump tube to route those exhaust gasses away from the A/C compressor

with the way we do our manifolds the turbo mounts like this
notice the massive amounts of room for the downpipe and wastegate dump tube

Re: BmC RACING B Series AC Log Manifold *Pics Inside* (DA9-T)
we did try putting the wastegate directly above the turbo flange once but we didnt like the way it all turned out on that manifold. everything was cluttered into one area. i do have an option for that though for people that wish to order a manifold.
also incase anybody has any questions or would like to place an order for one of these manifolds email jamesgoertz@sbcglobal.net

The manifold/wastegate will work fine like it is. It wouldn't work any better with the wastegate in the middle. You think the pressure is different 1" away?

tony1, a reputable tuner down here also said the same thing to me the other day, even went to the point that if ur tuning and if there was a huge difference in the exhaust gas movement from the wg placement being abit off, that u would see detonation in the cylinders where the exhaust moves out fastest (ie where the wg is placed).
i cant confirm thsi, but the guy is pretty professional anda good tuner.

Haven't heard anything but good things about the guys at BMC...good luck here on H-T...
It's amazing how different people react to products and service on different forums. Hope you do just as well here as you do over at HMT

i ordered some turbo flanges from him. he gave me good prices. lower than what i had found after searching and he got the product out when he said he would with cheap shipping. he is a good guy.
i will add the flanges that i got were very nicely made. cnc machined. better than what i expected.

This is correct, if there was a BIG difference, which there wouldn't be with this manifold.
What's up James, let me know if you need tuning, I can help you out. Tell Tim I said what's up.

Re: (igo4bmx)
sure no problem i can put the wastegate in the center. as long as when u receive the manifold you promise to get me some pictures of it working in your ac setup. so i got complete proof that it works.
