Default Blue smoke at idle - need help!!

I need some help figuring out what could be the problem exactally... I have had this problem for about 3 weeks now with my d16 turbo.
My car will start up fine and warm up but once it reaches about half way to normal temp it starts to smoke out the exhaust its blueish and smells like oil for sure. I have a brand new head gasket in it and my compression is fine. So im thinking its a seal on the turbo or my oil return line isn't flowing well enough. Its ONLY during idle and it stops after I'm driving in or out of boost. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and what they did to fix it like a full rebuild, taking it apart to just replace the seals or if i need to replace the whole charger. I've never rebuilt a turbo so idk if i can just take it apart and clean it and swap out some seals and or gaskets. Help would really be good it looks weak driving around and smoking people out at stoplights. Thanks-

Does it smoke in idle at all times? Could be too much pressure going to your turbo. If you have a -4 feed line, use a reducer or change to a -3. It could easily be a kinked oil return line as well which I would guess. Be sure to find the problem soon before the oil blows through the seals.

turbo seals/bearings going give it 2 months and it will do it all the time, just get new/seals/bearings and fire em in and good as new,

turbo timer will help prevent from duing again

ya i think its a little late for my turbo also. Ive taken it apart and its gone past the seals. The rest of the turbo looks good tho- can i replace the seals and whatever else that i need to with out taking it to a shop to get a rebuild? the Oil outlet flange also cracked from heat and stress it looks like so ill be replacing that first but i dont think that would contribute to the smoke since its not putting any resistance on the oil thats draining ... its just draining on the road instead of my pan Any info like a website or anything like that would be great about turbo rebuilds or being able to replace parts w/o a rebuild
Thanks in advance-

sounds good. if i saw this thread earlier i would've recommended turbo tech too. my old high school shop was tellin me about a shop that is in federal way now i think. it's called Bay Engines. and i guess they sell rebuild kits and stuff. it's a semi-truck store. but coolio....if you're getting too much oil. you should run a restrictor.
